Mark Nairn

Personal Trainer

I am Mark, an ex British Army Corporal &  physical training instructor.  I am Army trained and a firm but fair personal trainer.

I will make sure that you perform the exercises with the right technique before encouraging you to increase weight loads or intensity level.  Together we will be setting realistic targets for you to achieve every week to get that body and fitness level that you want, whether it be strength, cardiovascular fitness, weight loss or muscle building.
