1 to 1 personal training -Packages from 5hrs -20hrs or commit to a monthly package

1hr weight training, circuit training or cardio training conducted at the gym or suitable location with my guidance and supervision.

Group training – Inside or outside group classes of 6 or more people.

Nutrition program – designed for you by your personal trainer – Free with PT packages of 10hrs or more.

Training program – designed by your personal trainer

Health Check – Find out your weight, Muscle mass, body fat% & water %

Fitness test – Use the fitness test to keep track of your training progress.
